Building the tech-capable African professional

Fluency, not familiarity. We do not teach people to recognise the tools. We teach them to work with them until it is second nature.

Our story

Ten years of building African tech talent

We have been training and placing African developers since 2016. What started as a mission to connect African talent with global opportunities has grown into a full learning infrastructure for the continent's tech workforce.

The mission has not changed. The tools have. And the gap between knowing about those tools and actually working with them is where most professionals quietly lose ground. The academy exists to close that gap, one cohort at a time.

Ten years in, 2,400 graduates later, we are still building. The African tech professional does not need permission to compete globally. They need fluency.

The gap is not talent. It is the illusion of competence.

Most people think they are using AI. They opened the tools, ran a few prompts, felt clever for an afternoon. Then the week swallowed them again and nothing changed.

The real cost is quiet. Thirteen-plus hours a week lost to manual, repetitive work that a fluent person would have automated.

That is the whole point of the academy. Close the gap between knowing about AI and working with it. Fluency that compounds every week.
